Lucy Lyle, founder and former CEO of Perch, is an entrepreneur whose acclaimed projects have been built on her solid background and skills in multiple industries. Lucy Lyle founded Perch after having a realization during her time working at Google. After observing work trends and changes in workers’ relationships with physical office spaces, Lucy Lyle realized the need for Perch, a one-stop online shop for consumer workplace products. Since the brand’s launch in 2015, Lucy Lyle and Perch have been featured in publications such as Forbes, Architectural Digest, Men’s Health, Vanity Fair, Domino, and Business Insider. Lucy Lyle and Perch became known for unique products such as their flat-packed mahogany desks, made from solid hardwood. Before pushing the limits of innovation at Google and Perch, she interned at investment firm Lazard Freres and worked in supply chain management for a tea company in Ecuador. All of these experiences helped Lucy Lyle mold Perch into a successful company. Lucy resides in Brooklyn and enjoys yoga, and meditation.e. She lives with her dog and her partner, Jack.
